“A smile and a big thank you for providing and holding the space and for working with us so skilfully. I felt a growing sense of ease, something that was really needed after months of working on zoom. Being in nature, eating the wonderful food and experiencing good companionship has helped me to go home with a renewed sense of energy and of belonging”

Feedback from a participant

“Thank-you so much for a really wonderful time on Space to Be. I found it incredibly nourishing in many, many different ways – the food, the company, the silence, the lake, the beauty of the surrounding nature,  the flower garden, Trigonos itself, the poetry, music, creativity, connection, space, meditation, silence etc. etc.”
